Paul Walsh is currently Group CEO of CUNA Mutual Group Europe which are Life Insurance and Insurances Services Companies in Europe. He previously worked in Dublin and in the UK with Barclays Insurance, and in the Middle East with Gulf Bank. Paul also spent time with the Musgrave Group, Mastock/Almarai and the National Lottery, and has considerable experience in finance, regulation and governance.

Karen Erwin is the founder and principal mediator of Erwin Mediation Services which she founded in 2003. A Solicitor and past President of the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland (MII), Karen Erwin is one of the most experienced Mediators in Ireland. She also works internationally and has been a guest speaker on mediation on many occasions both in Ireland and abroad.

Conor is a Chartered Company Secretary, Fellow of the ICSA and is Company Secretary of Permanent TSB.

Stephen Walsh, who was a career banker for 40 years, retired from Bank of Ireland Private Banking in 2006. He is a consultant to a small number of high profile clients and serves as a non-executive Director on a number of private and family boards, where he also acts as trustee. He continues to play an active role as chair and member of a number of finance and investment committees in the not-for-profit sector.

Bartholomew (Battie) White is a Civil Engineer who worked in Local Government in various Counties and also with Dublin City Council for a number of years from where he retired in 2008. He has since worked in the Private Sector and is currently on contract with Irish Water. Battie’s key skills lie in the areas of financial control, strategy development and project management. BW is a Member of the Board of Management of the Dominican College, Sion Hill and of the St Vincent de Paul, and also Engineers Toastmasters Club.

Elma Lynch BCL NUI is a Law Graduate of University College Dublin and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1970. She is also admitted in Northern Ireland, England and Wales. She is a member of Dublin Solicitors’ Bar Association and served as its President in 1985/1986 and was President of the Law Society in 2001/2002.

Patrick Ormond, MRCPI is a Consultant Dermatological and Mohs Micrographic Surgeon at St James Hospital, Dublin. He is lead clinician for Skin Cancer in St James Hospital and runs the Irish Mohs Micrographic Service. He also serves as the Chairman of the Skin Cancer Expert Skin group for the National Cancer Control programme.

Padraig O’Cearbhaill is a Member of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. In practice as auditor and accountant for the past 34 years he previously worked in haulage and building industries. He is Chairman of Credit Union Advisory Committee – a statutory body that advises the Minister of Finance on all matters relating to Credit Unions. He is treasurer of the Blackrock Credit Union.

Lord Mayor Caroline Conroy is the current Lord Mayor of Dublin and is a member of the Charity’s Board by Charter.

Fiona is a Consultant Dermatologist and works at Children’s Health Ireland (Crumlin and Temple Street) specialising in paediatric skin disorders with a particular interest in genodermatoses and epidermolysis bullosa.

Cliona is Consultant Dermatologist working in our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda and is a joint trainer for specialist registrars in Dermatology in the Royal College of Physicians.

John is an accountant, recently retired from O’Dwyer Delaney, Auditors and Accountants.
